When procuring RCN we ascertain the quality of the crop based on its quality measures such as its Kernel Out-Turn Ratio (KOR), Moisture content, and Nut Count. A high KOR fetches higher value, whereas a lower nut count means the crop has bigger nuts which attract a better price.
