Fenugreek oil is obtained from the cold-presseed method from the dried seeds of the fenugreek plant. Fenugreek oil is botanically known as Trigonella foenumgraecum. It is also known as methi in Hindi. Fenugreek seeds are brownish-yellow in color and are rhombic in shape.
