ASBESTOS GASKET IDEAL INSULATING AND CORROSION RESISTANT MATERIAL

Metallic Gasket are commonly known as oxygen-free copper solid copper gasket. They are stamped from 1/4 hard, high purity, oxygen free copper stock.
The design of the gasket is an object used to seal the joint between two surfaces or objects in order to prevent leaks, corrosion or contamination in a system where the two objects being joined are not perfectly matched. EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) is an extremely durable synthetic rubber elastomer. EPDM offers excellent resistance to UV, heat, ozone, chemicals, animal and vegetable oils and harsh weather. Stable in low and high temperatures, this material has a service range of -40 °F to 212 °F and is intermittent to 275 °F.
Because of its excellent performance, EPDM gasket is typically used for automotive seals and marine seals.

MATERIALS TYPES
Virgin Teflon gaskets. Virgin Teflon gaskets are produced directly from pure material. They are used in the majority of general applications due to the most cost-effective type of PTFE material and possessing the greatest physical and electrical insulation properties.
Filled Teflon gaskets. Filled Teflon gaskets are made from virgin PTFE material with an added substance to improve their sealing properties. The gaskets materials exhibit strong physical characteristics, the strength can be altered depending on the type of filler that is used to enhance the material.
Expanded Teflon gaskets. Expanded Teflon gaskets are produced through virgin PTFE being expanded in a manner that creats uniform tension strength across the material. This process results in a PTFE material that carries no structural weakness and more flexible. They also exhibit the unique chemical resistant properties of virgin PTFE due to the fact that no additives are added.

Non-asbestos Gasket Good Alternative To Compressed Asbestos Gasket
Non-Asbestos Gasket is a general-purpose sheet material reinforced with high-grade asbestos-free fibers and bonded with heat-resistant nitrile rubber.
It has excellent anti-stick performance on both sides. It is a good alternative to compressed asbestos gasket.

Reinforced Graphite Gasket is an improved semi-metal gasket reinforced by a metallic mesh, foil or tanged metal. It is laminated from compressed layers of purified natural graphite flake and mechanically bonded with the stainless steel tangs to ensures the material retains dimensional stability in high temperatures.
Reinforced graphite gasket has many excellent sealing properties, such as heat stability, self-lubrication, corrosion resistance and without being brittle and aging. CORRUGATED METAL GASKET COVERED WITH GRAPHITE OR PTFE LAYER
Corrugated metal gasket (CMG) consists of a metal core with concentric grooves on both sides and coated with expanded graphite, PTFE layer or non-asbestos plate.
Corrugated metal gasket with soft layer on both sides is used for low pressure applications in large diameter flue gas ducts at high temperature. In addition, corrugated metal gasket is a versatile sealing element when bolt loads are low.Unlike other materials and structures, it can be very resilient.
What's more, corrugated metal gasket directly replaces spiral wound gasket and eliminates inward buckling issues while creating a seal at moderate flange stresses.

FLEXIBLE GRAPHITE GASKET HIGH QUALITY SEALING MATERIAL
Flexible graphite gaske is also called expanded graphite gasket. It consists of a pure exfoliated flake material and contains no binder or filler.
In addition, the amount of carbon present in the sheet is a key determinant of its flexibility: the higher the percentage of carbon present, the more flexible the sheet. Flexible graphite gasket contains a carbon content of between 95 percent and 99.9 percent. What's more, it has good corrosion, high/low temperature and high pressure resistance performance.
