RD43 rice is a cross-breed of Khao Hom Suphanburi rice and Suphanburi 1 rice. RD43 rice's benefits include Low carb-to-sugar conversion ratio as RD43 rice yields less glucose, therefore, the body also absorbs less. Medium to low glycaemic index (GI) value, which means the effect of carbs on your blood glucose levels will be relatively constant.
