The primary purpose of the product is to increase the abrasion resistance of sized warp yarn. Wax and tallow base softeners and lubricants are hydrophobic in nature. Angelube-CE100 contains 100% hydrophilic heads. Its provides penetrating power and also cold water soluble. Its easy biodegradable and not affect the binding property of the size mix. When use tallow and wax in storage it wont spread out evenly in size mix. It causes formation of uneven film property in yarn. This is the main reason for the weaving efficiency fluctuation.
