Pressurized solar water heater working principle
1.The pressurized solar water heater tank has no exhaust hole, therefore, it must bear the pressure came from tap water. The hot water comes out because of water pressure.
2.Vacuum tube absorbs solar energy, and conductive copper pipe transfers the heat into the pressurized solar water heater tank. In this case, the water inside the tank becomes hot.
3.No water in the heat pipe makes the whole system could bear pressure.

Principle:
When vacuum tube absorb solar energy and heat the heat pipe ,the working fluid vaporizes and rise to the top of the heat pipe condenser, when heat pipe condenser meet cold water and cool down, the
working fluid will fluidity and return to the bottom of the heat pipe, so once and once again to repeat this process.

Working principle:
* The separate pressurized solar water heater compose of solar collector, storage tank, controller, working station and installation parts.
* When the discrepant temperature of the solar collector and water tank reaches the set value, the controller shall start the circulation pump automatically.
* The circulation pump makes heat-conducting liquid circulate automatically.
* The heat-conducting liquid transfers heat to water by heat exchanger in the water tank.
* In case the temperature of the water tank does not reach T-max, then start the auxiliary heating device.
* If discrepant temperature of the collector and the water tank does not reach the set value, the circulation pump shall be shut automatically.
