The line is designed to fill beer in to three different type of 0,33 litre glass bottles, label the bottles neck around and lower body small around and pack the bottles in to 4 x 6 bottle cartoon boxes. This bottling line capacity is 20000 bph. Clean glass bottles were brought on wooden pallets to depalletizer which feed them to the filling lines. Innofill DMG bottle filling machine and Handtmann MMS filtration system are located in a clean air room. KHS lamella conveyor system for bottle transport and cartoon boxes. The equipment were totally delivered by German KHS in year 2003, most of machines manufactured in year 2002. All control units are Siemens Simatic S7 model with remote connection. The line was shut down in year 2008 and it is still installed and in very good operational condition. Transformer oil is a mineral insulating or cooling oil derived from crude petroleum. It is a mixture of various hydrocarbons consist partly aliphatic compounds These are the petroleum products, like Napthenic based transformer oil and Paraffinic based transformer oil. Napthenic based transformer oils are known for their heat distribution, which is one of the main problems with transformer. This also has a good flowing feature under low temperature and it is wax-free. These type of oils are better for low-temperature. Even though it oxidises easier, the product formed by this process (i.e sludge) is soluble. Hence, it won't obstruct the cooling system of the transformer. Paraffinic based transformer oil is obtained from paraffinic crude oil using solvent separation methods. This is known for its good thermal and oxidation durability and good high temperature viscosity feature. Because of its high viscosity index due to the presence of wax, though the oxidation rate is lower than the napthenic oils, the precipitant or the sludge is formed due to the oxidation. This might become an obstruction for the heat dissipation.
