Fly Ash: Fly Ash is by product generated during combustion of coal, and comprises the fine particles that rise with the flue gases. Ash which is collected from the bottom is termed bottom ash. Fly ash is collected by electrostatic precipitators or other particle filtration equipment before the flue gases reach the chimneys of coal-fired power plants and together with bottom ash removed from the bottom of the furnace is in this case jointly known as coal ash. Depending upon the type of coal being used, the specification of Fly Ash varies considerably, but Fly Ash contains substantial amounts of silicon dioxide and calcium oxide (CaO), both being endemic ingredients in many coal-bearing rock strata. We are a reputed Fly Ash Exporter based in India and are supplying Fly Ash different cement, ready mix concrete, steel, refractories and construction industries. The Major Utilization Areas Of Fly Ash : - Manufacture of Portland Pozzolanic Cement & Performance improver in Ordinary Portland cement (OPC). - Part replacement of OPC in cement concrete. - High volume Fly Ash concrete. - Roller Compacted Concrete used for dam & pavement construction. - Manufacture of ash bricks and other building products. - Construction of road embankments, structural fills, low lying area development. - As a soil amender in agriculture and wasteland development. Types of Fly Ash: - According to the type of coal used fly is classified into two types. Anthracite and bituminous coal produces Fly Ash classified as class F. Class C Fly Ash is produced by burning lignite or sub-bituminous coal. Class C Fly Ash has self-cementing properties. - Class F and Class C Fly Ash are products of the combustion of coal in large power plants. Fly Ash is collected in electrostatic precipitators or baghouses, and then transferred to large silos for shipment. When needed, Fly Ash is classified by precise particle size requirements, thus assuring a uniform, quality product. - Class F Fly Ash is available in the largest quantities. Class F is generally low in lime, usually under 15 percent, and contains a greater combination of silica, alumina and iron (greater than 70 percent) than Class C Fly Ash. - Class C Fly Ash normally comes from coals which may produce an ash with higher lime content generally more than 15 percent often as high as 30 percent. Elevated CaO may give Class C unique self-hardening characteristics. Minimum Order Quantity : 1 container

FH SERIES OF PRODUCTS: FH products are Pure nonionic derived the endosperm of guar polysaccharide (Cyamopsos tetragonolobus). The products are unique with ultra-high viscosity with fastest hydration characteristics as shown in Figure 1 below. Also, when added with other drilling components, to seawater, a KCl solution or other aqueous system, the product suspension disperses readily without lumping, even under low-shear conditions generating most of its full viscosity within just a few minutes. PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY: FH series of products are compatible with most of the chemicals and auxiliaries used in drilling operations. However, the products are not compatible with Arabic and Crystal gums. Also, in presence of borates they form elastic gel. PRODUCT APPLICATIONS: FH series of products are natural, high viscosity, fast hydrating non-Newtonian hydrocolloids with suitable cross linking components in diesel slurries and are versatile for continuous mix applications, where extremely fast hydration and subsequent viscosity development is required. They are excellent viscosifiers, stabilizers, thickeners and suspending agent for use in oil-drilling, workover fluids and several other oilfield applications like hydraulic fracturing, oil well stimulation, mud drilling, oil well capping, flocculent and liquid shoring etc. The product is used as a surfactant; synthetic polymer and deformer ideally suited for all rheological requirements of water based and brine based drilling fluids. SizeMagikTM-LP4 - LOW PICK UP ONE-SHOT PRODUCT DESCRIPTION An unique copolymer sizing agent for cotton compact yarn. Special product for air jet loom. Heavy fabric constructions are easier to weave at low-size add-ons using SizeMagik-LP4. The low add-on also permits greater protection on high-speed looms expensive reeds and sensitive mechanical parts life. SPECIFICATIONS 1. Appearance: Off white Granules 2. Solubility: Soluble at 800C 3. Viscosity of 4% solution: 10 to 30 cPs (Brookfield viscometer LVDV II+ pro -Spl.2 , rpm:100 @ 80oc) 4. Ash content (w/w) : Max 3% 5. Bulk density (gm/ml) : 0.65 to 0.85 COOKING METHOD 1. Fill the required quantity of water in the cooker. 2. Gradually sprinkle SizeMagikTM-LP4. 3. Add the required quantity of softener. 4. Close the pressure cooker lid. 5. Open the steam value and cook to @ 120¯¿½??ºC or 35psi. 6. Retain in the cooker for 15 to 20 minutes. 7. Then transfer the size mix to storage. ECONIMICAL ADVANTAGES Yarn abrasion resistance is an important factor affecting weave ability. The friction between the warp to warp and warp to the weft is important in determining the weaving quality. Another important abrasion point in the loom is mechanical parts (Reed, Dropper pin, Heald wire, Weft picking element). Compare with other conventional size mixes and one-shot size products SizeMagik-LP4 gives better abrasion resistance strength. DE-SIZING Easily de-sizable product with hot alkali treatment. Fly ash is a finely divided residue made from the combustion of pulverized coal that can be used to increase concrete durability and workability, while reducing permeability. As fly ash contains aluminous and siliceous components, it may form cement when mixed with water if the calcium content of the fly ash is high enough. Similarly, mixing fly ash with lime and water can create a substance similar to Portland cement. Fly ash can be separated into two main types, known as: Class F Class F fly ash contains particles covered in a type of melted glass allowing it to reduce the risk of concrete expansion and increase resistance to sulfates and alkali-aggregate reactions. Class C Class C fly ash contains a higher percentage of calcium oxide, making it more effective in strengthening structural concrete. Applications & Benefits of Fly Ash: Fly ash is used in commercial and industrial sectors for improving the durability and workability of concrete mixes. Fly ash is also used as filler in paints, adhesives, and metal and plastic composites. It's commonly used as structural fill for road construction and fly ash can be used to make bricks, ceramic tiles, plaster, Portland cement, and ready-mix cement.
