Drum melters models dm 200 and dm 20 to process any kind of hot melts – even pur and uv curable – further to a wide range of butyls, glues and polymers with working temperatures up to 240°c in 200 lt- (or 55 gallons) and 20 lt- (or 5 gallons) tanks. Equipped with high precision gear pumps, the system ensures top precision in all conditions of use, both for continuous and intermittent applications. The special design and high-tech materials enable an excellent anti-sticky control and avoid any adhesive deterioration, particularly while using pur adhesives.
The wide range of continuous output melting units model mitsu enables to process any kind of hot melt adhesives in blocks or chips with working temperatures up to 240°c, including reactive pur and uv-curable ones. The melting rate varies from 2.5 to 160 kg/h, according to different models, giving an appropriate answer to all high, medium and low melting requirements. This modular system enables to conform to different production needs thanks to partial use function and possibility to integrate later on the melting capacity.
Automatic adhesive application guns for spray/spiro and glue lines/dots applications. The system processes any kind of hot melt adhesive and is available in single or multiple units with working width from 10 up to 6.000 mm. They enable both continuous and intermittent adhesive applications.
