We have a license for the extraction and processing of our own bentonite deposit in Uzbekistan. We have carried out geological surveys, as well as carried out a spectral chemical analysis of our bentonites. The bentonite of our deposit is of very high quality and contains up to 92 percent montmorillonite. Our bentonite is environmentally friendly, does not contain heavy metals, radioactive elements -less than 5 ppm, and other harmful substances.
The bentonite composition of our deposit has about 10 modifications.
Our bentonite is suitable for the following industrial applications:
1. Drilling - for the preparation of drilling fluids, well plugging.
2. Ecology - Waste disposal - cementing and waterproofing, wastewater treatment and filtration.
3. Medicine - production of medical detox systems and absorbents smecta.
4. Cosmetology - production of cosmetic masks, creams and toothpastes.
5. Chemical and polymer production - filler for polymers, rubbers and paints. The basis of detergents - washing powders, pastes
6. Petrochemical industries - catalysts and absorbents, mineral oil filtration.
7. Food production - refining and clarification of edible mineral oils, clarification of wines, cognacs and fruit juices, food anti-caking additive E558.
8. Agriculture - production of highly efficient granular fertilizers based on bentonite and sulfur - sulfur bentonite.
9. Livestock - detox, mineral and vitamin supplements for animals, bedding desiccant for poultry and pets, bedding for pets.
10. Metallurgy - manufacture of iron ore pellets and foundry molds.
11. Civil application - construction and sealing of fire barriers, waterproofing of dams.
We offer the delivery of our bentonite on the terms of DAP INCOTERMS the border of China at the following prices - ground bentonite -350 mesh at a price of 150 USD per ton, bentonite clay directly from the quarry a piece of up to 20 centimeters at a price of 120 USD per ton.
