Contract: Detailed SPA to be executed within 30 days of LOI acceptance
Confidentiality (Binding): All exchanged information is confidential for two years post-expiry;
injunctive relief available for breach.
11. Exclusivity (Binding): Supplier grants 30-day exclusivity from LOI date.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution (Binding): Turkish law; ICC arbitration in Istanbul,
