Most importantly the manufacturer should have all permits to supply to China. Along with GACC china customs have added additional permits it seems. If the manufacturer has all and can produce big quantity then we are ok with any origin. US is preferred because their standards are high (product won't get rejected by Chinese customs, that's the objective).
