The inquiry sender's country is picked automatically as per the location he/she is currently at. Since the IP address plays a part in establishing the location of all registered members on go4WorldBusiness, the location also appears accordingly. You can, however, clarify the same to the buyers in the message you send along with the inquiry.
As a paid member, you are given complete contact details of the buyers you send inquiries to, so that becomes all the more easier to simply contact them and let them know of your interest in the deal.
