We see that you’ve already paid for the gold membership and await activation of your gold member account. Generally, an account takes 24 hours at the maximum to get activated post submission of your relevant documents and their due verification. So the sooner you submit the documents the faster you’ll be able to access your account.
As per our findings we see that you have till date only submitted 1 certificate which is not enough to authenticate your account. We suggest you take time out to furnish the necessary documents in order to enjoy your gold membership privileges at the earliest. Our Compliance Department has reached out to you thrice in this very regard.
However, in case you missed out on the mail by compliance department to submit your documents, you can send a mail along with scanned copies of the documents required to-
