Upgrading an account takes 3-4 hours once the payment is received during business hours. Beyond business hours, accounts get upgraded within a maximum of 12-24 hours. If you make a payment on a public holiday or during the weekend, your account gets upgraded within 24-48 hours.
We also require company documents for the verification of the gold membership. Here is the list of documents we require for the verification process:
1. Company Registration Certificate
2. Utility Bill
3. Import Export Certificate
4. Identity proof
Please be advised, once the payment has been made and documents are verified, we upgrade the account to the opted membership plan. After this, a member can start sending inquiries and responding to the quotes depending upon the plan.
