Hi,
Thanks for your question and our apologies for the delayed response. Let me answer this question for you.
Any importer or exporter of imitation jewelry, pearls, precious metals, coin etc. should know HTS code (HS code) of their export product. While exporting imitation jewelry, pearls, precious metals, coin etc. Test reports of analysis from the Laboratory also may be required. Certificate from Pollution control board also may be required if applicable to export imitation jewelry, pearls, precious metals, coin, etc under chapter 71 of HS code (HTS code).
Another special requirement to export imitation jewelry, pearls, precious metals, coin etc. is Pre-shipment inspection Certificate. If any hazardous material found when importing, Penalization by re-exporting is demanded by importing country. The unilateral trade agreement, multilateral trade agreement or bilateral trade agreement between countries simplifies documentation and other formalities and process for export of imitation jewelry, pearls, precious metals, coin etc.
After choosing your export product as imitation jewelry, pearls, precious metals, coin etc. and export samples are sent, terms of payment and terms of delivery are agreed with your overseas buyer along with other terms and conditions and issue proforma invoice, in turn you receive export order for imitation jeweler, pearls, precious metals, coin etc followed by purchase order from your overseas buyer.
Hope you find this information useful.
Thanks!
